For iron wire with a wire diameter≥1.65mm ;
Its production process includes: Raw material purchase; Wire drawing; Annealing; Acid washing; Galvanizing; Packaging.

For iron wire with a wire diameter greater than 0.61mm and less than 1.65mm
Its production process includes: Raw material purchase; Wire drawing from 6.5mm to 2.1mm; then Drawing from 2.1mm wire to the target wire diameter; Annealing; Galvanized; Packing.

For iron wire with a wire diameter greater than 0.28mm and less than 0.61mm
Its production process includes raw material procurement; wire drawing from 6.5mm to 2.1mm wire; then drawing from 2.1mm wire to 0.7mm wire; annealing; and then from 0.7mm wire drawing to target wire diameter; Secondary annealing, pickling, galvanizing, packing.
